In accordance with the Act on the Prevention of Delays in the Payment of Subcontract Proceeds to Small and Medium-Sized Subcontractors Involved in Manufacturing Outsourcing, etc., which will come into effect on January 1, 2026, we will be changing our payment method to you as outlined below. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Payment Method
After Change: Payments will be closed at the end of each month and made by the end of the following month.
Regardless of the total payment amount, payment will be made via cash transfer to the bank account designated by your company. To ensure smooth processing of payments, we kindly request that invoices be submitted no later than the 5th day of the following month.
Effective Date of Change:
The revised payment method will apply to deliveries made from November 2025 onward.
Period During Which Old and New Payment Terms May Coexist:
As the applicable payment method will vary depending on the accounting month, please note that for payments made from December 2025 onward, both the previous and revised payment methods may coexist. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this situation.
